This Privacy Policy was last updated on 6 November 2026. It explains what personal data Yellow Sapphire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects through https://ystech.io (the "website"), why, and what your choices are.

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, job title, the topic you chose and your message. We store these in our database and email them to our team so we can reply to you.
If you attach a file, it is sent to our team by email. We do not store the file in our database, only its filename.
You can download our publications, including the Open AI Governance and Deployment Framework, without registering. When you download a document we record:
- the file and the date and time of the download
- your IP address, and the approximate location (country, region, city) and network owner we derive from it
- your browser details (user agent)
- the page you downloaded from, and if you accepted cookies, the website you came from and any campaign (UTM) tags in the links you followed
We use this to understand how our publications are used and who they reach. We keep these records whether or not you accept cookies, because they are made by our server when a file is requested. We look up location and network owner using MaxMind GeoLite2 databases held on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to MaxMind for this.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data on Google's systems. It does not run if you decline. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If you accept, a cookie called ys_attr remembers how you arrived at the website (the referring website, your first page and any campaign tags) for 30 days and is used with the download records described above, and Google Analytics also sets cookies. A cookie called ys_consent remembers your choice for a year. Our Cookie Policy (EU) lists them.
Some pages include embedded videos from YouTube. YouTube may collect data about you when you play them, under Google's privacy policy.
We use service providers to run the website: Amazon Web Services (hosting and our database), Resend (sending contact form emails), Google (analytics and YouTube) and Sanity (website content and files). They process data on our behalf or under their own terms, and some are located outside India, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep contact submissions and download records only for as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete them.
You can ask us for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw any consent you gave. To do so, email hello@ystech.io. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
